Makes me a zombie, I do all sorts of unnatural things during the night that I do not remember the next day, such as setting off the house alarm at 3am, then fighting my wife as she tries to turn it off, it is frightening, also does not last but maybe 3 or 4 hours at most, there must be something better out there, this drug is bizarre.

I have irregular work hours which is difficult for me as I am a natural night owl and have been all my life. This is the only drug that I can rely on to put me to sleep if I have to retire earlier in the day outside of my normal rhythm. The only problem is that it can bee addictive, so do be aware. Use it ONLY if you have to.

I'm astonished at some of the comments here about eating without remembering and other 'zombielike' activities. Go to bed half an hour early, take the pill at that time, and stay in the bed! I use 5mg and this gets me to sleep within that half hour instead of my brain whirring around causing problems.
