My daughter is 6 weeks old. Doc prescribed because of thrush. Has been on it a few weeks now. Seemed to work ok. Some is still there. She's been having trouble sleeping because she seems to be uncomfortable. She did great before starting the medication. My doc recommended VINEGER as an all natural substitute. I am trying that next.

Had bad reactions..bad stomach aches and heart palpations.

The sugar in this product has only worsened the thrush on my tongue. I've had this condition once before and the liquid swish and spit did NOT work. Went to an ENT who recommended nystatin powder (no sugar) to put on my tongue. Taste was horrible, but it worked. ENT believes infection is due to birth control pills. Will not use liquid Nystatin again. Sugar feeds yeast so why would it help a yeast infection?

Can't get rid of the oral thrush or yeast but it at least helps.

Have taken for 5 days. Noticed slight improvement however I have tingling tongue and dry mouth especially at night. It's difficult to swallow due to the taste. Have drank the odd beer and hopefully that has not negated the positive effect.

I HAVE oral thrush, also fungas on the skin which drives me batty. For 8 years I have been itchy like a crazy person with redness and yuck where there is skin subbing again skin and moisture. Trying nystatin powder - works great and relief achieved. Went to about 4-5 doctors for this. I am hopeful that all this will clear incl. the oral thrush. Doctor didn't tell me it would come back so easily. It is all of it disgusting and don't know where any of it comes from.

Taking this one week. Getting dizzy and light headed with headaches every day. Any solutions?

After 7 days of treatment my mouth is still the same as before.

Following having an endoscope procedure, I experienced trouble in my throat when swallowing or attempting to yawn. Felt like an obstruction around the voice box. Pleasantly surprised with the taste of meds and quick relief of symptoms! Also, have dealt with IBS for some time and this lessoned the issues considerably! I was on the gargle/swallow regiment for 2 weeks. I am 1 week in and delighted.

I had high hopes for this treatment, but it actually ended up making my oral thrush so SO much worse. My mouth became very sore and it almost seemed as though the yeast was growing because of it, not sure how that's even possible. My tongue became severely white and my gums were very sore as tingling. Maybe my body just did not respond well to it unfortunately.

I've been on Nystatin twice now to try and get rid of thrust and neither times have even remotely alleviated my thrush. The first time was a week long and spitting out the liquid, the second time was for two weeks and I had to swallow it. Still have it to this day. Tip: do not drink after people.

Hasn't seemed to clear up coating on tongue to great degree, but am on Flagyl which has seemed to crete the Thrush problem.

Got severe thrush with a systemic intestinal candidia, dropped two dress sizes in the ten days I took the Nystatin. I'll need a longer dosage (a month or more) since the intestinal fungus did return.

I have Lupis/Lupus = Weakened immune system. Candida/Thrush caused by Black Mold in my house one year ago. Moved & left most possessions behind to be rid of mold Yr. ago. "Outer-Space-Aliens" brought these invasive species to our planet. God & Nystatin oral knocking them down lol :)

I developed a rash all over my body shortly after stating this medicine. I have stopped taking it due to this reason.

I use symbicort inhaler for my asthmah which containes formoterol, known to cause thrush. I didn't always rinse my mouth as directed after inhaling and caught thrush. My doctor prescribed Nystatin and the thrush has cleared up within a week. I will continue to take this until the big bottle is finished. I don't find the taste unpleasent at all, as other have stated.
