First of all, this medicine does work. There are side effects for everybody. It works for me, so if you have your own opinion, please just say how YOUR experience was. Please do NOT say "DONT TAKE THIS DRUG!!!" This is why people don't like coming to this site. Explain your experience and move on. Thank you.

So far so good. I'm now using Lunesta 3mg. Haven't had any issues with it yet. But before I started taking Lunesta 3mg I was taking Lunesta 2mg and an over the counter drug called Unisom 50mg in order to et more then 0-4hours of sleep. When I took Lunesta I could fall asleep but would be awake again in about 3 hours. The taste in my mouth was unbearable. The taste would stay for a couple of days even if I didn't take another. I couldn't eat or drink anything that would take it away. Stopped taking it and won't ever take another one again. I would rather not sleep than have that taste in my mouth again.

I HATE LUNESTA. I took the medication one night and i withdrawled. It made me feel so depressed and down i cannot explain. And that taste in my mouth felt like whatever i drank or ate has chemicals in it. I absolutely have nothing to say about this. It made my body feel tired but not my mind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THIS EVER.

Have EXTREME/CRONIC insomnia. This drug is hit and miss. Leaves the SEVERE taste of SHIT in your mouth/throat/stomach for days after taking. This is actually a good diet aid; because if you take it 2-3 nights in a row; the extreme taste of shit makes everything you eat or drink taste that way and you just stop eating.
