after the first 3 months on this medication, my good cholesterol has increased from 17 to 41 (above 40 is target), my bad cholesterol decreased from 206 to 140, and my triglycerides decreased from 473 to 160. I have experienced no side effects at this point.

I've had a headache for about 3 weeks now ever since I started taking this and metformin. I also am just exhausted all day as well as having joint and muscle pain and am easily distracted and confused at times. I had this the last time I tried a Cholesterol medication as well.

Although effective with HDL and LDL, I have been experiencing like someone else reported, yeast infections. So not worth taking in my particular case.

My triglycerides went from 483 to 140 and my cholesterol from 202 to 114. Have experienced no side effects. Dr. has done blood work periodically to monitor kidney function, so far no problems.
