started July 2007, saw almost immediate improvement in my ability to exercise. Now exercise 60 - 90 minutes 6 days a week. No side effects at all. No effect on overall blood pressure (BP is normal) but pulmonary pressures have gone down considerably.

I take a much higher dose than the FDA approved dosage. 50 mg 3x daily. It has helped by keeping my condition stable. Now, I am trying to help myself by losing weight. My blood pressure, which used to be high, has slowly trended downward to avg 93/62. I am keeping an eagle eye on it.

Within days Revatio increased my quality of life. I can breathe easier and have more energy. For the first week, it caused headaches but that side effect passed. I also take Tracleer, in 2003. Revatio was added in 2007.
