I take Centrum when I get URI's or the flu to take the place of all the nutrients I miss out on because I can't eat solid foods. It works wonders. A day after taking them I can feel a difference. I become more alert and less fatigued. And it seems as though my illness passes much quicker when I take them. I strongly recommend Centrum Silver.
