I have been on this pill for a full month and like it. It has helped clear up the acne I was given while taking Loestrin FE significantly. Still not as clear as I was but I believe by the end of next month my beautiful clear skin should be back. I've experinced no side effects at all. I was terrified to take it after reading the terrible reviews but over all I'm satisfied with it. Still miss YAZ t...

I was switched to Tilia last month because my usual Tri Legest pills were not available. I started spotting after 2 1/2 weeks on this pill, and by the end of week 3, I started having a full, heavy period. On TriLegest I used to get my period 2 days after stopping them and it only lasted 3 days. This period has been very heavy, with large clots. I just had my annual exam last month so my doctor is...

I was on Estrostep before my pharmacy used the generic "Tilia FE". I was completly fine until I switched. Im so irritable all the time, bloated, constipated and Im always having bad pelvic pain. Im switching back to Estrostep with a different pharmacy. I would NOT reccomend this to anyone.

I have been on this pill for 10 days, can someone give me some insight. I use to be on Camilla before this one (progestrin only pill) and I developed cystic acne even though I had pretty good skin before so I switched to this one. I feel swollen, my calves feel a little tight, I some crazy anxiety (I feel hyper and just nutty) and I feel like my heart is racing. My breast just started swelling yesterday and I do look bloated. I want to give it more time. My best friend is on it and she loves it. Any advice? I hope this pill works for me.Read More Read Less

I've been on this pill for about 6 months now and I hate it. I've been depressed and just haven't felt like myself. Also I've missed my period 3 months in a row now, I took multiple tests and am not pregnant, so I don't know what's wrong. I was previously on Estrostep, but my insurance dropped payment for it and it ended up costing me $65 a month! I wish I could go back on it though. I've never been so disappointed with a birth control method ever.

I was on Estrostep for 2 years, and was fine. I got switched to Tilia fe because it was cheaper. Tilia fe made me feel awful! Horrible panic attacks, anxiety, depression, stomach problems! Switching back ASAP!

I love this pill. I have had no problem with it and i have been taking it now for 2 yrs. No side effects like the other posters have mentioned. Guess it all depends on each individual person. Also, the cost was cheap. I was on another pill which was costing me 30.oo a month. And this only costs me 5.oo

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE ANXIETY!!! I feel really weird. I'm kind of depressed, and I feel out of it. I can't wait to go back to Estrostep. This drug is HORRIBLE.

I started this drug & used for 3 weeks had I began to loss weight and my hair has started to fall out (bad). I do not recommend this product to anyone. I used Jasmine before this and did not experience any side effects but this products is not a good choice. (will discontinue my use with it).

My doctor put me on this after finding out I have slightly high testosterone. It was suppose to help with acne and cramps. Well, after taking it for 7 months, I must say I'm disappointed. My acne is the same or worse. I still experience bad cramping. My breasts are always swollen and tender, and I cannot seem to lose weight no matter how much I diet and exercise. I also notice I get PMS, moods and cramping 2 weeks into the cycle. It's not working out for me at all.

I wouldn't recommend this pill to anybody. I have been on estrostep before but never had these problems. I'm suffering severe anxiety, some abdominal problems, I just don't feel myself. Terrible, getting off it asap, even afraid to take a pill each morning.

I was very happy when this pill became available, because my insurance company covered very little of the cost of Estrostep - I had to pay $30 every month. I have not experienced any of the negative side effects that these other reviews complain of. If anything - I think I actually feel LESS moody prior to my period than I did when I was on Estrostep.

I have had more side effects with this drug than with any other pill I have taken. I gave it 7 months - the side effects got worse each month. I'm going back to Estrostep. I do not recommend this pill.

Got Tilia as a generic alternative and went right back to Estrostep. Had extreme mood swings, suicidal thoughts, weight gain, and heavier periods. Not pregnant but not happy with the side effects. I would highly recommend avoiding Tilia and using Estrostep instead.

Since starting this drug I have noticed a clear discharge from from 1 of my nipples! Has anyone else had this happen? My moods have been ok but I too feel that I have gained weight and been blotted!
