I am so astounded that my skin looks the way it does. I am a 21 year old female and I really thought I had seen it all and tried it all. Use every night and you should see results. It is 6 weeks into the treatment and I don't have any visible pimples. Trust me, the first few weeks can be a little disheartening. A few things that happened to me (on & off) during the first few weeks were that...

I have been using this product for almost a year, however, I applied this medication to my sunburnt face, and woke up today covered in blisters. Just a word of advice that I wish I would have known, DO NOT APPLY TO A SUNBURNT FACE!!!

Epiduo is the best! I put a pea sized amount on my t-zone (which is where I tend to get pimples) at night and the following morning all the pimples are gone! I've also noticed a huge improvement on the dark scars on my chin area. I've been using it for about a month and a half, it's like magic. I must say the first week it didn't burn at all but I did get a few pimples (I guess that's what they called the skin 'purging'). On the second week it did burn, and my skin got a bit red so I stopped using it for a couple of days. After that I've been using it every day and now it just doesn't burn at all. Read More Read Less

I truly recommend this to anyone who has struggled with acne for a long time. The first few weeks or months (depending on your skin) will definitely be hell but be patient, it means it's working. The common side effects for me was extremely dry and flaky skin, redness, dryness of eyelids, and irritation. But it's starting to work now! My skin is starting to clear up with only a few breakouts here and there, so my advice would be to be patient with this product. P.S My skin is normally extremely sensitive and easily irritated with harsh products so Epiduo irritated a lot more.Read More Read Less

My 15 year old daughter has been using this medication and after 1 week her face is extremely dry and peeling all over. The medication feels like itâ??s burning her face and made her face ver red all over. The acne got 10% better, she stopped the medication.

I began using Epiduo the summer of 2016, having acne still at the age of 22 was annoying for me! I was prescribed Epiduo along with a blood pressure medication (some how that medication helped with acne?) I never missed a day! I always washed my face nightly and used my Epiduo. At the beginning my black heads on my nose looked as if they were going away. I never experienced any flaking or serve acne that I read about on other reviews. My skin throughout this journey never cleared up and at times I did have bad breakouts. I did this for over a year, and finally about a month ago I decided to stop taking the medication and the Epiduo. In my honest opinion my skin is now clearing up. My face is not flawless but my acne isn't very noticeable. I think the Epiduo may work for some, but for me once I stopped using it I can now see a difference in my skin. Read More Read Less

I have suffered from acne all through grade school and high school. I had finally went to the dermatologist to get anything to help my skin. She prescribed me Epiduo and i was happy to use a medication that would help my skin. HOWEVER, my skin was ruined thanks to this medication. I got more acne than I have ever had before, my face way extremely dry, and I had more scars than ever before. I went back to the dermatologist after continuing the medication for several months to get no improvement at all. I am now on Accutane be to it being the only medication that would help me after the harsh effects of Epiduo. If your skin gets worse and does not clear up after a couple of weeks, i strongly advise not to continuing the use of this and speaking to a dermatologist!!Read More Read Less

I am currently on week 2 (almost 3) of using epiduo and boy is it working. Like others have said, this stuff drys out your skin like CRAZY, so get some good lotion/moisturizer to combat this. My skin was flaking a lot at first, but it went away after about a week. Remember that a little dab of this will go a LONG way, globbing it on your skin is only going to make the dryness and redness worse. If you can deal with the (in my opinion, not so bad) side effects, this is a game changer. I've had bad acne ever since I started college, and this stuff has made so much of my acne go away!Read More Read Less

I would not recommend me this as it made my face feel like it was on fire and left serious burns. This happened this first time I used it and the pain and burns were awful I threw the cream away!

Epiduo is one of the best acne products I have ever used. It's so easy and effective I call it my "face crack" because I'm addicted. You do have to give it some time for your skin to adjust because it is so strong. Your face will breakout first but give it two or three weeks and you'll be so amazed. I can't imagine my life without epiduo now. I had such bad acne and it's now completely gone after trying millions of products. Nothing has worked close to as well as epiduo has. Love love love

I have used epiduo for about 4 months and I see no improvements in my Acne. I have only had very irritating side effects. Very dry skin, with flaking. Worst I have ever used. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This product hasn't yielded any results over the two years that I religously used it. I stopped it and now am i trying Tretinoin, and hopefully that will be strong enough to fight my acne. It didn't really work for me, overall.

Using epiduo is one of the greatest decisions I've made in a very long time. At 21 years old, I was sick of suffering with very obvious acne... Including new marks and old scars. I had tried everything and nothing cleared it up in the slightest, until epiduo. I've been using it for almost 3 months now and my face is almost completely clear. The first few days of using the prescription were painful. My face was burning, and irritated (with no visible irritation) but my doctor said this was normal. After the first week I've experienced no pain and saw improvements right away. I'm so happy to have decided to try epiduo! I would reccommend it to anyone!! Read More Read Less

Amazing product IF you know how to correctly use this product because I used to have this mind set that "Oh if a product doesn't sting or burn, it's not working" and since you literally can't feel anything from putting on Epiduo, I thought it wasn't working. But after learning from my dermatologist (see a dermatologist before using Epiduo to see if it's right for your skin!) how to correctly use Epiduo, my skin looks amazing after 5 months later. Patience and persistence is key. Acne can take a toll on you emotionally as it did for me. Read More Read Less

I have oily skin where little bumps appear on my forehead, however I have little to no acne that appears on my face. The little bumps are most likely caused by clogged pores or too much oil being produced, so if you encounter this problem I think Epiduo is the product to use. My dermatologist recommended I use this product because it regulates how much oil is secreted, and it is very effective. I don't experience much drying on my face (that's only if you use an incorrect amount) and it visibly reduces the oil production and thus the acne on my face within days. But you have to keep up with the routine: you don't just use this as a spot treatment or every so often, keep up with it. All in all I really like this product, I've been using it for years and I really enjoy it. Just be sure to go through your usual facial routine of washing, moisturizing, and all that stuff to ensure the best face you can have. Read More Read Less

my acne was looking way better than they use to be, there were no more new Acne or breakouts any more, my skin started to feel smooth and it has a shine in it, but still i had the spots and blemishes left from the acne. I visited my doctor after 2 months, and briefed him with the entire story of my journey on acne.. he graded my acne 4 this time, i was not sure what does that mean. He advised me to change the Epiduo to its advanced version Epiduo Forte, with insurance it will cost you no more than $25 ..and asked me to visit him again in 3 months..and today i am about to complete my 3rd month and i have zero acne, very light blemishes, my skin has brightened 2 times what it use to be and i feel so confident like never before.. My advise is please stick to it and u will see the results..Thank you EpiduoRead More Read Less

This medication worked great for the first few weeks but it's been awful ever since. The longest my skin will be clear for now is about a day before SEVERAL new ones show up. I hate it.

I had really severe acne and was on Retin-A for months, which destroyed my skin and made it worse than ever. I finally started takng Epiduo (the pump) and birth control pills, and after about 2 months my skin had cleared! I've never had clear skin like this in my life. I still have scars but that's another story.

I'm still new with this product . I was VERY scared to use this after reading bad reviews on several websites about how bad it will break you at , dry out your skin , and etc. I Only been using it for an exact week now and so far I haven't had any bad break outs BUT I do see some improvement with my skin. Even my family and friends notice how my face is clearing up . I wash my face with a wet towel , pay it dry and apply the epiduo every night , in the morning I put a moisturizer on my face to avoid any dryness and repeat these steps every day . I would say that the medication would do different with different people . Because even my little brother used epiduo before and never had bad breakouts . It's also clearing up my blackheads and dark spots in my face as well . I can say I'm living epiduo so far !Read More Read Less
