I haven't been taking this for very long, so you don't have to take my word for it; However, it has defiantly worked, and I'm defiantly satisfied with my progress with it. It's very easy to use, and the pill sizes that I take are small and easy to swallow. I'm feel more comfortable taking it, because I'm 28 weeks pregnant, and I was worried when my physician told me that I was anemic.
