I'm really surprised to hear all of these negative reviews because I've had a really great experience with Beyaz. A few years ago, I was taking regular Yaz and I really liked it. After I lost my insurance I switched to a generic that was cheaper, Lo Ovral. On Lo Ovral, I got frequent headaches and gained about ten pounds. So as soon as I got my insurance back, I switched to Beyaz (Yaz now has a ge...

I gave 3 stars for each question, because I just began taking BeYaz this week and have yet to know what results it will yeild. But today is my 3rd day in and I woke up EXTREMELY nauseaus. I usually enjoy a cup of coffee right away in the morning, but I couldnt even bare to drink it my stomach was so quesy. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced nauseau this intensely and if it ever subsid...

when i first took it, i would get sick to my stomach. my friend suggested i take it before bed. started doing that and it helped a lot with the nausea. i'm super emotional some days, but nothing too drastic... strange cravings have come out of nowhere, but not sure if it's from the beyaz or just from the my cycle almost starting... only the 3rd wk, so we'll see.

I just started taking Beyaz i am at the end of my first week. So far no stomach pains like other BC and no weird feelings. I am a little concerned about everyones review that it lowers your sex drive!!! This is one of the things i hope and pray does not happen. but overall everything is fine so far .. im still a little skeptic though

I have been experiencing extremely painful migraines on this pill. I haven't been on the pill in several years, so I don't know if it's Beyaz or all birth control in general. I am getting 3-5/week, and every time I workout I am also getting a migraine.

I was on Lybrel and it just got too expensive so my NP prescribed me Beyaz and so far I am ecstatic with the results. I have had no side effects so far and I think I actually might be losing weight! I asked my doctor what the difference between Beyaz and Yaz was, and she told me that Beyaz is exactly the same as Yaz just with folate and a B vitamin. I have not been moody, like I have been with other birth control pills, not headaches and no nausea. I was so skeptical at first, but now I am so happy I made the switch!!!Read More Read Less

I had taken two types of bc before, trinessa and a POP, and had horrible break through bleeding every month for two years. I switched to Beyaz to help this. I am at the very end of my first month and I am very conflicted. On one hand, no breakthrough bleeding for the first time since I had my son. I am very thankful for that. And while I've heard the opposite is true for other women, my sex drive is in overdrive. But that actually is a bit of a problem because my husband is wondering why I have turned into such a crazy bitch. I'm either crying or about to tear some one's head off all the time. I had no idea what was going on until I saw everyone else's reviews. I don't know if I'll switch or not because it is so nice not to be bleeding all the time.Read More Read Less

I have been taking Beyaz for a little over a month. I have not had any negative reactions from it. I take it for birth control as well as to control acne. So far I have no complaints. I encourage anyone to try it and if it doesn't work for you partner with your doctor to find the right one for you. Good luck!

First week of taking beyaz I was perfectly fine, thought this bcp was great. Second week of taking beyaz I have been one emotional roller coaster. I cry over everything! I'm nauseous and my head won't stop hurting. Also I've been feeling depressed. I'm going to finish this pack and see what week 3 would be like. Can't get any worse than this week right? Hope not. If so I'm going to request my doctor for a different pill. Number of friends tell me Orthotricyclen is good so i'll consider it

Taking Beyaz for second month now and I don't really have any bad side effects, sure my libido on lower side - but so is with almost all birth control pills. I had some acne in the beginning, but it's gone now, no headaches...no real bad mood swings. I would say - give a pill little bit more time and your body will get used to it.

I've only been taking Beyaz for about two weeks and I can honestly say I haven't had any serious problems...so far. I have noticed breast tenderness and the first few days I had a couple nighmares lol which I associate with Beyaz since I hadn't had any prior. I have been craving EVERYTHING mostly sweet or salty foods but I can't say if Beyaz is the reason. I would recommend Beyaz and for me it's a whole lot easier to take it right before bed so that there's no nausea or stamach upsets.

I started taking Beyaz about two weeks ago (at the start of my period) and I've been bleeding ever since. It has helped with my mood swings and cramps, which used to be absolutely horrible, but it has caused many other problems. I feel very dizzy and nauseated after taking it, and as I already mentioned I've been bleeding every day since I began taking it. However, I'm a very small person, so it may be affecting me more than others.

I have been taking this drug for about 5 months and not until recently have I noticed spotting. I have been spotting for six days, and wanting to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem. So far I have not encountered any problems with the drug no weight gain or facial hair growth, just spotting. Just trying to see if anyone else experiences the same problem with the drug??

I started taking beyaz 3 weeks ago, i have felt weird from the beginning...I have not been able to sleep, and feel sad. Furthermore, i have started growing spots of facial hair! So I started doing some research, and sure enough this bc causes this plus more...I'm stopping this horrible drug. So not worth it!

I have been really happy with this pill for the first time ever after trying about 15 different birth controls in the last 12 years! I went from a 34b to a 34d...no joke. my libido has increased dramatically and I have had not one headache? I have had a little bit of nausea lately but not enough to really bother me. I have extreme breast tenderness but I will take it! I hate that it seems no one has had much success with it, I guess we are all made different.

I'm not sure if it's because my body hasn't fully adjusted or what, but I'm miserable. I feel sick, the migrains suck, the mood swings are unbearable, and I'm so exhausted. I go to bed feeling exhausted and wake up exhausted. The thing is though, I sleep in such a deep sleep every night. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it get better? The reason I'm on this pill is because I'm polysystic and my Dr. told me that if I didn't take it, it would damage my ovaries. I think I'm willing to adopt if these side effects don't go away.Read More Read Less

I dreaded taking Beyaz because I knew I will feel nauseated for rest of the day. I would have to take it late at night and go to sleep immediately! Also I had great skin until Beyaz it caused acne for me as well. Everyone is different however my Dr. to switch me to another Birth Control..TriNessa! Wish me luck

I'm actually not sure if I'm somewhat satisfied with byaz but I can say it has helped my PMDD symptoms. Previously I was not on any bc and I had SEVERE cramps and mood swings. Now I barely have any cramps and I haven't noticed any mood swings. My appetite has also decreased slightly. The possible problem: I now have a weird rash that comes and goes on my face that my dermatologist has labeled as "a strange eczema". The rash developed after I started the medication but my Derm doesn't think it's from the byaz. . .Read More Read Less

I have had nothing but a bad experience with Beyaz. I am not one to ever experience side effects with medicine, or to ever be emotianally affected by my periods. So, the past few months have been very interesting. I've been on Beyaz for 4 months and have ever since experienced extreme mood swings, gloominess, increased appetite like you wouldn't believe, and absolutely no sex drive. Also it is pretty expensive for a pill. I would not reccomend this for anyone.
