Noticeable relief of knee pain in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks it is amazing how much better my knees feel.

For whatever reason this OTC joint supplement helps me tremendously. I get so much overall relief from my daily stiffness, it's wonderful. I can really tell the difference from a day with it, to a day without it.

I have experienced major hair loss, a fib, swelling of legs, aching of legs and swollen eyes after taking this supplement for several years. Use with CAUTION!!! Consult a doctor first.

Seems that all the bad reviews are from extremely old people. Your joint pain is bad due to age and deterioration of the bone. Ok, so I have been using this product for about a week now and I am seeing improved joint mobility. I am 33 years old and my issues arise from weight gain and lack of enough physical activity ( I am working on that). But the product is HARD to swallow, I actually hurt my throat swallowing but it seems to work and I will continue to purchase.

Lured by a commercial, I took a tablet daily for just over two months. Result? Nada, nothing, zilch. that's 20 bucks wasted.

I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex on Aug 20, 2018. On Sept 3, 2018 I noticed my joint and arthritis pains were getting worse, and constant. Today I am in tremendous pain, I have stopped using your product as of today to test my theory that your product is causing the increased pain. There are places near my joints and on my bones that I don't dare touch because of inflicting more pain. I have also experienced the side effects of heartburn(I take it with food), stomach cramps, and constipation.

After six weeks the knee pain has improved. The pain is maybe cut in half. I still have bad days, but not everyday like it was before. I wish the tablets were not so big though.

Pills are too big. Throwing entire bottle away..

It seemed to help immediately with my knee pain but after taking a week I had uncontrollable diarrhea. I will monitor to see how fast knee pain returns.

I had severe ankle and knee pain. I took this product in triple strength and in less than a week the pain is almost gone. I take 2 caplets a day and the results are amazing. I have not experienced side effects. I plan to purchase more.

I had constipation; lots gas, bloating, irregular heart pressure in chest at night, swelling in my feet. Had trouble putting my shoes on,

I developed instability and pain in one knee, and my pharmacist recommended this. It seems to help. I don't really expect it to replace the cartilage I've lost with age but hoped it would lubricate the joint or whatever. And it does seem more stable. Oddly enough, it did something else as well--it reduced the normal age-related swelling in my prostate. I no longer wake up to pee at night. Weird, huh.

I am taking this to help with bad joints - I have badly herniated cervical discs. While I believe it is helped a bit, it seems it has actually stopped hot flashes I was experiencing during menopause.

I started using this for my runner's knee, which was the only joint I've had problem with. After a few days of use my whole body started to feel like it was inflamed. I could literally feel every single joint in my body and even texting or typing was painful because my thumbs were swollen. I stopped taking this product and the pain went away. It probably depends on the reason you want to use it for, but it definitely didn't work for me.

I have had severe knee problems with osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I chose this product because of the small tablet. Best choice ever. Tablet easy to swallow and in 3 days saw great improvement in my knee. Will take it until Spring when the flare-ups tend to go away.

The pills have such a strong order that they make me gag. I thought maybe it was just that bottle so I bought a new one with same bad order/taste

I started taking Osteo Bioflex for my knees. My knees starting hurting immediately but everyone kept saying it was good for me. After 1 1/2 years of constant knee pain getting worse and then my whole body feeling weird, I stopped taking it. I immediately starting feeling better and my knees have improved dramatically. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
