I've been using this for a couple of months and so far it's great. My mom has been using it for years, then one month she stopped using it and got pregnant with my brother, but overall the pill worked great. Just don't forget to take it. I at times still forget to take it like once a month.

*I don't know how effective/ineffective it really is* I was originally on mononessa for 10 months when my pharmacy switched me to sprintec. I was afraid but they said it was the same thing so I went with it and had no problems for three months. We switched pharmacies and then I got this stuff for free which was nice but a little off putting... They said it was the same thing again so I figured I ...

I don't recommend this medication if you are trying to live a normal, pain free life. I have been taking it for 1 month and after completing my first box, my period is abnormally painful. I have to stay at home, as walking/driving is not possible. I would cramp all the time. Often times I lay in bed with a hot water bottle for 2-3 hours at the time. Also, I use up 2 S+ tampons in less than 2 hours. Please don't risk it.

After using and loving Mononessa for two years, I was switched to Estarylla. This medication has caused me to live in a depressed and anxious state for the two months I have been on it. I'm usually a bubbly person, but for the past two months I have felt super cloudy, fatigued, and my self esteem has plummeted. In addition, I have gained weight (even though my diet and exercise levels have remained the same), caused acne, and led to breakthrough spotting, cramps, and a heavier period. For a while, I was convinced I was pregnant, due to the insane mood swings, headaches, fatigue, and bloating. Please, do not take this medication. It has ruined my life for the past few months and I will discontinue taking it tomorrow.Read More Read Less

I have suffered 5 miscarriages in about a year's time so with my last one my doctor suggested I bc to regulate my cycle in order to try again. I am 39 so I said I need to hurry if I am gonna try to get pregnant. I have taken bc before but this by far has been the worst ever. My husband thought I was pregnant because my emotions have been all over the place. I get angry at the drop of a hat, very irritable and can't stand to be talked to at times. I get headaches constantly and stay tired. I am so glad this my last week to take this because I don't think I can stand this any longer and I have only been on it for 3 months!Read More Read Less

I just started taking this a month ago, mostly for my irregular periods and acne but it broke me out more and HIGHLY increased my anxiety and depression. It didnâ??t help with my period and I constantly felt like I had cramps. I canâ??t hang out with friends or even visit family because of the anxiety it caused. It does work for some people but I would NOT recommend this product.

Worked great for me. No abnormalities and periods started the same day for every pack. No side effects for me!

When I first started using this, I was a little nauseated but it went away after a month. I was finally happy I found a good pill but for the past 2 weeks I've bene feeling very depressed and anxious (unsure, but guessing it is related to the pill). I'm still somewhat satisfied because it hasn't given me any other bad side effects.

Pre Estarylla I used to struggle with mood swings now I feel normal. It has regulated everything from mood to energy.

Estarylla should never be taken under any circumstances! Within four months of taking this, I became severely depressed, my anxiety was out of control and I could barely find the motivation to get simple tasks done during the day. I found myself so aggressive, my mood swings were out of control and I would cry at the drop of a hat. I honestly thought I was pregnant because I was so out of control but as soon as I stopped taking estarylla, I went back to my normal, bubbly self within a week or so! Buyer beware thisedication is DANGEROUS. Read More Read Less

We switched pharmacies and then I got this stuff for free which was nice but a little off putting... They said it was the same thing again so I figured I was safe and I got free pills! Unfortunately here I am almost two weeks in with a face covered in acne (haven't had this much acne in two years) and an almost constant "cramp" feeling. I haven't changed my diet or anything and I eat relatively healthy so I'm blaming this on these pills I started two weeks ago. Trying to change back ASAP. It might be ok for you, and that's what I thought and I was very wrong.Read More Read Less

For the first two or three weeks I had no breakouts. Then I began getting a lot of cystic acne on my chin. I've used it for 2 months & think it's time I stop using it. I've struggled with cystic acne for years!!! I need relief! I guess I'll try a different birth control.......

I have been taking this drug for six months and I have had constant spotting almost every day. The first month it wasnt so bad, but every day since it has been like a light period. I'm currently hoping to get a second opinion since my current doctor says this is normal. But on the plus side, I have stopped heavily bleeding and I'm not in constant pain.

I have been taking Estarylla for 4 months and have had terrible flare ups with my acne. My pharmacy, Walmart, switched me from Sprintec to this birth control and I am not pleased with it. On Sprintec, I had no acne at all and felt great. On Estarylla my body doesn't feel right. I feel emotional, and have mood swings. I finally called Walmart, and am switching back to Sprintec!

HORRIBLE side effects! Mood swings and constant breakouts. Was on Sprintec until my pharmacy stopped carrying it, and replaced it with this junk. Gave it a try for the past 4 months..and I'm still experiencing the breakouts. I'm not talking about 2 pimples a week... 3-5 deep, painful cysts and new clogged pores every single day. Hating this pill :(

I was on this for 5 months after my pharmacy replaced Sprintec. I broke out with Acne on my face and chest, I was an emotional wreck, I looked like I was 7 months pregnant all the time, and I had mood swings. After giving it a try for 5 months I found a pharmacy that still carries Sprintec and switched back to that!
