i had a std and my doctor prescribed this med for me it took away my infecton but my side effects was hell. 20 mins after i took my 1st two pills my stomach was cramping very bad. i hate this med.

I had to stop this medication on day #3 due to a drug reaction (red rash on my torso and back). My PCP will no longer be prescribing this med for me.

This is my second day of using. I have a , really painfull stomach ache, chest hurts, never again I took it once before with no problems,go figure.

very satisfied with the way it made me feel so much better so quickly, but a few days later i broke out with an irritable rash- my doctor thought i possibly was in the sun and it was like i had a case of sun poisoning- said she hoped that this was not just a simple case of allergic reaction but was going to be cautious before prescribing z-pack again

I was prescribed the Z-Pack for strep throat after I had a problem taking my penicillin correctly. This medicine is very easy to use, causes no side effects (for me anyway), and cleared up the strep, thank God, quickly. Most antibiotics cause me to have diarrhea and/or nausea, but this one doesn't. I have had this prescribed for several other conditions as well, and it always worked perfectly well.

I have taken several meds that cause side effects, but this one didn't! It was easy to take only once a day for 5 days! LOVE IT! I will request it next time I need med for this type thing again.

This is my first experience with this drug. Although it is very easy to use, I become very drowsy and feel "run down". I can't drive or sit for very long because I want to nod off and it lasts all day. I'll be glad when I finish. I have one more day.

This is my second time using this drug for the same condition. It clears up the problem but severly irritates my stomach with or without food.

KNOCKED OUT THE INFECTION IN 4 DAYS

My pneumonia did get much better within 2 days, but after 3 weeks is still not completely gone. The first 2 days my stomach was very upset by the meds (take with food to help), but did get better by day 3.

I have used this medication many times over the years and it is one of the few anitbotics that I am not allergic to, and I am allergic to most of them. It works great and clears the infection usually with only 1 pack, but there are times I need 2 packs. I am very happy it is on the market.

Have used this 2 for bacterial throat infections and it worked great both times with no side effects. I am about to use again with another round of sore throat.

is a waste of my money and time. Only get worse and have to return to doctor to get something better eto trat me. I have found this true with many more people also.

One of the best medications for Bronchitis, Period!

I have had Pneumonia for a while now last Wednesday they placed me on this drug. And I took it reaguly and sicker and sicker i became... i have had this drug Given to me one other time and lets say i will never take it again never works... makes me sicker over-prescribed by today Medical world. Isn't the magic pill like every one seems to think

Used it for my daughters strep. Works great, but she had a flushed face while taking it. Nothing serious, just flushed.

I used it to treat a tooth infection. With in 2 days of taking the pills I felt completely better. The side effects kept me from finishing the pills, I was only able to get through three days worth.

I noticed an improvement in my symptoms within 24 hours, and was significantly better three days later with no side effects
