had neck surgery and the muscles in my shoulder knot up

i was given this medication after suffering for 7 yrs. of constant numbness,weakness and pain in my leg. along with this i take percocet,ibuprofen and neurontin and the funny thing is nothing works by itself to have valid relief i must take all together. feels funny to take all that medication just to block pain from a pinched sciatic nerve. but this med. taken by itself for an extended period of time is not very effective.

I take this peridoically for muscle pain throughout my back and neck. I find that a double dose does help relax the tightness but seems to wear off too quickly. It does make me somewhat sleepy but no other side effects. I think it gets the job done without getting into some more serious meds.

i had a very bad experience,as i suffered seizures whilst taking this medication,which stopped on a controlled withdrawal from them.i take oxycodone5s 20s and fourties,perhaps there was an interaction between them

i have severe lower back and leg pain and must take every 3 hours to reduce the pain .i also am taking hydrocodone 10-660

Was recently prescribed robaxin 750 in combination with vicodin to ease the chronic pain I go threw, in my daily activities. I feel depressed and very tired from this drug, causing me difficulties with the mildest of daily functions.

i was envolved in a car accident, sprained my neck when my head hit the stearing wheel. I was put on this medication and it was great for 2 days, then when the side effects wore off so did the ability to reduce the spasms.This should last 4-5 hours, I am lucky if I get 2-3 of relief. This is so frustrating cause doctors now are so worried about handing out medication, and thanks to society it is hard to prove when your really in pain.

I was taken off of Soma and put on Robaxin. Does not help at all. Broke L4-5 last Dec. I will have to say Soma worked better for me.

I was taking valium and vicodin and was REALLY out of it... my dr prescribed Robaxin along with vicodin and I feel GREAT! it does make me a little sleepy, but I can still function and the pain in my shoulder is very much under control! FINALLY!!

My doctor prescribed this medication for me because I complained of severe muscle spasms and low back pain. Pain so bad I could not walk. It doesn't help at all. He gave it to me because doctors nowadays will not give Vicodin or pain medicine even when you need it for pain. Too much abuse everywhere. What a shame.

what happens if robaxin is mixed with a pain pill, like percocet??

I had a Kyphoplasty and was given this for muscle pain and spams. It is not working and the muscle pains are worse. There were no side effects except it did not reduce any pain or tightness in my back muscles.

Not sure it is doing anything for me personally. And I am finding that I am tired and sluggish the next day with a hint of depression. Does not mix well with other Pain Meds that I am on (Oxycontin and Oxycodone). Soma worked better for me.

extreme drowsiness and headaches. barely touched my back pain.
