I have used Psyllium Fiber for more than 25 years every day first,to keep my cholesterol in check then to cleanse my colon and many other healthy surprises I found by reading medical reports about this wonderful fiber.I can truly say that I am about 99% healthy and I owe it mostly to Psyllium, my diet and exercise 30 minutes monday thru saturday.

About half hour after taking the medication I began to have nausea. I tried it 2 more times just to be sure that it was the Metamucil, because my MD wanted me to take it. The nausea was really bad. I could never take it again. I actually had used the product several years ago and it did not bother me.

I've been taking this powder for years with no side affects. I use it as a supplement to other fiber foods. It gives me energy and a clean feeling inside. I will take breaks from it on occasion as moderation is always the key. My product is Yerba Prima colon care formula.

I needed to be sure I was getting enough fibre, I have an unusual bowel problem, and this really helps. I drink a lot of water anyway, and OJ with my morning meds, so adding this was no problem. I take the capsules.

I am overweight, prediabetic and I take medication for high blood pressure and low thyroid production. I experience difficult and bowel movements that cause straining to the point that I sometime have muscle fatigue in the neck. The stools are not hard but are like thick clay. It takes forever to use the restroom and it is really uncomfortable. I use this product daily and now have very easy, quick and clean bowel movements. I dont know if I can take this product everyday. However, I am going to follow the advice that I take this product at least 2 hours after I take my other medication. I can not express how relieving it is to be able to relieve oneself regularly. I een have a happier moodRead More Read Less

I took two capsules as required and had a severe reaction - severe pain in my stomach area for 24 plus hours that impaired my sleeping - a low-grade fever - it's been two days and only today have I been feeling a bit better and just this morning was able to eat a little bit.

i had irritable bowel syndrom for years and by drinking this i could lead a almost normal life. i still at times would find myself having urgent problems but am thankful someone told me about it.Ezekiel bread was also recommended by another friend and two peices of toast a day did amazing to return me to normal. only some occations do i have any flair up depending on if i eat soomething my system rejects. i eat good foods. brown rice, fruits and vegies. hardly any meat. i drink almoond milk instead of cow.and sstay away from sauces and salad dressings. i make ny own out of water, maple syrup grade a or b, a touch of apple cider vineger and liquid aminos. u have to do it by taste in measuring. its very good and contains low or no fat.Read More Read Less

this is the only product that has really helped my IBS, after five or six years of trying various things. Funny that the least expensive thing has been the most effective.
