Will certainly help loosen stubborn phlegm. But be careful as a strong percentage can burn a bit and make breathing seem difficult for a short while. Comes low dose otc~0.9%, or prescibed at 3% and 7%. You'll likely combine the higher percentage with an albuterol or similar.
