This drug relly worked! It almost immediately kicked in and I could breath again!

It made me very lightheaded and dizzy even after 24 hour period. I did take 2 pills and probably shold have taken 1. However, based off the results, I will not take this again. There are other products that can help me without the bad side effects

Effective in thinning mucus, but side effects outweigh good. Lightheadedness, diahrrea, face flush, nervousness, dizziness.

This works very well for cold/allergy congestion. It clears my nasal passages and allows me to cough up the phlegm from my bronchial passages. It can cause heartburn though (similar to the stomach upset that aspirin can cause), so take it with a meal or a few crackers and a big glass of water if you have a sensitive stomach or are prone to digestive upsets as I am.

this stuff really works. As soon as I begin taking it, I feel pretty lightheaded or high for a lack of a better word, but it is well worth it because it is highly effective to aiding the body in producing expectorant(mucus).

Il, woman started using for buildup in bronchial. Lightheaded but is from coughing spells due to productivity of product.

This stuff works. I won't go into detail, because it's too graphic. But it's working. I do feel lightheaded, however.

This has been very effective for nasal congestion and minor chest congestion for me - hardest part is the large pills and the horrible taste / odor. Not effective for my current cough however.

I had lots of chest congestion and coughing. Although my coughs were more productive than normal with this medication, I broke out in itchy hives all over my body after 3 days on it. My breathing was heavier too. I discontinued the medicine and the hives went away. Apparently, I'm allergic to it.

This medication is wonderful. I take it for chest congestion and cough. I take 2 at bedtime. It truly keeps my cough under control and when I do cough it is very productive. I have found some interesting side effects....I feel like I smell like the tablets smell, it's strange but true.

I began taking because of the heaviness in my chest and the inability to cough up phlegm. After approx an hour, I began to cough effectively to start breaking up the congestion. I did not feel the heaviness in my chest again. I took only 2 pills in a 24 hour period and begin to cough up the phlegm to begin eliminating it from my system. I did not take any other medications with this medicine.

I took the tablet with a full glass of water and then drank about a glass of water an hour for the next six hour. Rather than loosening up the gook in my chest, it dried me out to the point I could hear my lungs wheeze and whistle. I thought I was having an asthma episode. I tried it again two days later and had the same ill effects.

I am taking the medication for a cough that produces flem because of a cold as the directions indicate. The medication has not helped my cough at all and it feels as though it has drained the fluid from my body to the point that my throat is so dry I can not swallow. The only positive thing is that it is clearing my head congestion that I did not know was there, I can tell this by the runny nose I now have. This is the second time I tried the medication the first time was two days ago with the same result and swore never to use it again until a friend told me how much it helped her.
