Provides almost immediate relief. I have been taking it for several years as needed. Very minimal side effects. Love it.

I have a history of sinus infections from seasonal and year-round allergies. My doctor prescribed this medication a couple of years ago, after I tried a couple other nasal sprays that didn't work and had unpleasant side effects. I haven't had a full-blown sinus infection while on the triamcinolone, and the side effects (only a slightly bloody nose)aren't a concern. However, I still get sinus pain ...

I've used triamcinolone for nose inflammation and for eczema type lesions. Sometimes even used the nose spray on my skin. Both meds work really well. Especially considering that everything else i tried failed or made things worse. I like it because i can count on it. I've never noticed any ill effects and trust me, i've used way more and for way longer than recommended. It really ought to be OTC. People need it because it fricken works!

bought the over the counter product for allergies after finding out I was allergic to cats, grass, and dust mites... and of course I own 3 cats! Within the first week I noticed a drastic difference. No more violent and repeat sneezing, no more going though a box of tissues in a day, and many less itchy eyes. I also have not been sleeping well though, I am not sure if there is a relation. Overall, highly recommend.

My PCP and my ENT prescribed this drug to me on two different occasions. Prescribed for possible Eustacian Tube Dysfunction. I've been on this for 3 weeks and no change in symptoms. The bad part is my taste buds are very affected by this, sometimes I taste too much salt, othertimes, not enough. Almost all foods I eat, don't taste like they used to. I'm getting off this medication.

amazing 24hr relief almost to the minute. I like the fact that it doesn't dry you out totally, was having issues with constipation using allergy pill form medication.

This has worked well for me, but I've recently had a change in my taste and food that I know tastes good doesn't taste good anymore. I'm going to discontinue use to see its the nasal spray that is causing this.

I haven't had a full-blown sinus infection while on the triamcinolone, and the side effects (only a slightly bloody nose)aren't a concern. However, I still get sinus pain and pressure at least a couple days a week, along with a sore throat and congestion in my ears and eustachian tubes, especially in spring. My doctor told me to use a neti pot too, and that helps with the inflammation in my nose a little bit, but nothing else. I've only been taking this drug because my insurance won't cover the only one that really helps me, but I asked my doctor to switch me to something else.Read More Read Less

I used this for nasal congestion two sprays twice a day. It took about 2-3 days to be effective and I found this helped with my nasal congestion. I didn't have any side effects from this. I think this is one of the better nasal sprays. I used it for one week, and the nasal congestion/inflammation is gone. Going on second week without it. Am satisfied with this medication.

I'm not sure if it works that well for me? One noted side effect is it causes my nose to bleed quite easily. When I blow my nose there is often blood in the tissue.
