Elaine Zablocki, a regular contributor to WebMD since January 2000, has been reporting on health care issues for more than a dozen years. Her special interests include continuous quality improvement, practice management, customer satisfaction, disease management, and integrative medicine. She translates complex medical and business issues into clear, understandable prose for a wide range of audiences, in formats varying from newsletters to magazines to video scripts to conference reports. Zablocki has been a contributing editor of The Quality Letter for Healthcare Leaders and editor of Physician Manager and Alternative Medicine Business News. She is currently a contributing editor of Managed Care Week, and writes regularly for many health care publications. She is an honors graduate of Swarthmore College.
