Phenibut is extremely addictive. I would not wish phenibut withdrawal on my worst enemy. Do not use this without extensive research. Never use it more than once per week. This stuff is dangerous.

Phenibut definitely works and is not placebo. It has been used extensively in Russia as a clinical product. The phenibut I used was very pure and was 200g from Liftmode. Liftmode has very pure and quality products so they can be trusted. They even send a lab analysis of the batch of product you received to verify its potency and purity.

I needed a sleep aid and it works great. My only complaint is that you can't take it everyday. Best most restful sleep and no hangover.
