I have taken St. Johns Wort for mild depression symptoms and have know others who took it for the same reasons. It is a herb not a miracle cure, but when taken on a regular basis it did help my symptoms. One of my friends took it for severe symptoms and you could tell when she didn't take them that day.

Comment:
I was wondering if anyone has ever taken St. John's Wort for clinical depression. I was diagnosed with CD back in the 90's and have taken Zoloft since then but now the CD is less severe and I was wondering if S.J.W. would be effective and can be taken with Klonepin? Does anyone know if SJW has side effects? Please send me any info you have. Thanks.
