I take this because of mild IBS symptoms. I have found I use 1/4 tsp every morning sprinkled on whatever I am eating for breakfast. I am now regular with one bowel movement a day. If I take over 1/4 tsp I have lose bowels....So for me it is 1/4 tsp and all is well.

I am using this product for IBS with constipation and stomach pain. It has helped immensely along with cessation of coffee and dairy.

I take Acacia Senegal & it is the only thing that has improved my IBS. I have not had IBS for months until I took a new prescription & it caused me to have IBS again. The Acacia has cured it so I am normal again.

I'm using acacia senegal for the treatment of IBS and have only been on it for a week and a half and, so far it has helped ease the bowel/digestion problems associated with this debilitating disease.
