I am a case of RA diagnosed at an early stage. Added to the prescribed medication MSM and Three Months of Oral 500mg twice daily has provided relief and NO progression of the disease with blood reports and Medical Consultation.

Taking MSM has greatly improved my quality of life. The pills are little large. After some trial of different brands I have found the Doctor's Best brand is much easier to swallow than any other. You can get this in a powder. I keep this in my desk at work so a powder would not be practical for me.
