Used for stiffness of joints. I saw immediate results. I have not noticed any side effects.

I have had mucus membrane problems and arthritis for many years, am very prone to bronchitis and sinus problems, since begining this treatment 10 days ago I can breath more freely and the arthritic pain has been reduced, I have not needed to use my puffer the last three days.

My Mom has COPD and the MSM has done wonders for her breathing! She has more stamina since taking it. She takes 1000 mg a day. MSM has been given to thoroughbred horses with emphysema and has been a tremendous success for not only them, but many humans too! :) Please do your research and see that it isn't just for horses! I have had seborrheic dermatitis for years, and it was getting worse...the itching, soreness, and oozing on the back of my scalp was awful. No success with doctors...and forget the prescriptive shampoo or topics they didn't work and of course...$$$.$$ I read about MSM and tried it.
