Suggested to me for leg cramps after my PA could not find a reason for them. In the shins mostly. From DAY ONE....cramps gone...totally gone!

I have ulcerations on my fingers from Scleroderma/Raynauds and have had them for 20 years. This seems to be helping the heal!!!!

For years and years, Ive heard a friend of the family talk about MSM. She is from the country and has raised horses all her life. Recently, we reconected and started talking again. Four months ago I started gradually taking MSM in higher doses, with equal amounts of vitamin C and lots of water, for osteoarthritis, poor nails and hair, and to improve skin health during weight loss. Over the months that I took the MSM supplement, I gained an unbelievable amount of weight. I don't know why I didn't realize that the MSM was causing it, but it slipped up on me quickly. That has been 40 pounds I have yet to get rid of...the effects for fibromyalgia were great but not after packing on the pounds and more to immobilize me.
