Over the last few years, my digestive system has slowed dramatically, to the point of 3 days without movement was normal, and it could be up to 7 before I ended up with fissures. I drink cup every evening, have no cramping or bloating overnight, and relief in the morning. It has truly been a life changer for me.

Within 4 days, I needed something. Tried Celestial Laxatea. Drank only part of the cup the first time. (Young gdaughter easily distracts me... :) The next morning I had my first bm in 3 days. Comment:
Instead of instant relief, I got instant abdominal pain! I took one cup of tea in the evening, and a few hours later, I am bloated and in terrible pain and discomfort. I'd rather be left constipated. Never again.
