    Comment:
despite my high rating, I truly have to warn against using this on a regular basis. I have some true problems with constipation and this has dependably worked. So I started daily use. Over the last few years, my digestive system has slowed dramatically, to the point of 3 days without movement was normal, and it could be up to 7 before I ended up with fissures. I drink cup every evening, have no cramping or bloating overnight, and relief in the morning. It has truly been a life changer for me.
