I have had great results with freeze dried nettles for my and my patient's allergies, especially using eclectic institute brand. i also combine it with quercitin and if the case is bad enough chinese herb formulas like gui zhi tang. happy to share more info bodymindwellnesscenter.com

I recently had a late summer allergy attack after visiting relatives out of state. Not only did I have the sinus issues but a bad cough as well. My mom told me her doc recommended this to her so I thought I would give it a shot. The first day of taking this my cough dramatically reduced, no more post nasal drip! Worked so much better than other OTC products out there and no side effects!

Too capsules for relief from mucous buildup and post nasal drip at night. Had direct improvement and no longer use allergy pills.
