I reviewed this before but wanted to suggest those not having better results from the IP6 and Inositol take a therapeutic dose of 8-12 pills twice a day. this is what I have been taking for over a year and I am Cancer free so far. I learned this from reading Dr. Shamsuddin's book and other friends suffering from cancer treatment. There have been studies done to show no toxicity when consuming large doses and I am proof of that. Until I started taking the larger doses, I never got free of cancer however, tumors stayed very small and did not mastastsize any further. I buy the IP6 Gold brand which is the kind that was used in the research of Dr. Shamsuddin. I also have a liver disease and my labs have remained normal range while taking it. There is a powder form to make it easier to take so many pills. One scoop mixed with water equals 8 pills.

If you read the the IP6 book and research you'll find that the supplements of IP6 & Inositol (from rice bran) contain calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. There is no danger in binding or interfering with calcium or iron absorption when taken on an empty stomach as directed. IP6 is known to chelate EXCESSIVE iron. There is no danger in binding or interfering with calcium or iron absorption when taken on an empty stomach as directed. IP6 is known to chelate EXCESSIVE iron. The research has never shown a risk of developing anemia rather it acts as an antioxidant to neutralize the harmful effects of oxidation due to excess iron. Have taken IP6 Inositol daily 10+ years. The interactions and precautions listed here are not relevant to IP6 & Inos. supplements from Calcium Magnesium Phytate, read the labels before buying!

There is a difference in the pure form from Dr. Shamsuddin and the form you get elsewhere. Small difference though.
