After taking 400 mg once a day for a couple of weeks, I noticed I was feeling like my old self again. Slight constipation and some dry mouth in the morning, but I can live with that since I feel so much better. I recently increased my magnesium and the constipation is improving. I ... I was desperate to find a non-prescription or natural alternative for depression, as I am currently without health insurance. In my search I found SAMe. It is by prescription only in some European countries, so I thought I would try it if the European doctors are prescribing it. I started with the dose of 400mg and have been taking it in the morning before starting my day. I read that taking la ... Show Full Comment
