Did not work well for me at all! Scared me a little. Only took 2 pills each for the first and second day and 1 the 3rd day to see if I would feel better. I had a dull sick headache, my body ached, I had weird abdominal pains, Cramps, night sweats, restlessness, bloated, gassy and constipated! Horrible feelings all day. This product is a joke! I have been taking this for over a month with nothing to show for it but a bloated stomach. If you want to loose weight then eat right and work out!

I have been taking GC twice a day along with the Green Coffee supplement, and the Colon cleanse supplement. I have found that it does cause some excess gas, but all in all I have a lot more energy, and have lost 14 pounds. My mother just started using GC about 3 weeks ago, and she is on steroids for lymphoma. It has helped her to lose a lot of the water weight that she has gained with the meds. ... Show Full Comment
