I took 3 capsules 1 hr before each meal for two months and never lost a pound or noticed any change in the way my clothes fit. Completely ineffective.

It is another BOGUS product. I tried it for a month, along with green coffee extract, and did not lose any weight. It also caused acid reflux! I used "Research Verified" brand but don't see it listed below.

I have been using gc for just under a month and have already lost 17# I .Take . In the morn 30.Minutes before breakfast and eat oatmeal every morning, granola for snacks And then . 60 Minutes before dinner which in turn I do eat a lot less, I also don't but the expensive stuff online $10 bottles at Walmart . ....... no side effects .....

No noticeable weight loss and terrible, terrible gastric reflux, I am going to stop taking them, it's been 9 days.

I have taken 5 bottles and have not loss any weight or inches at all . I buy this at The Vitamin Shoppe $15-$17.00 per bottle. 100 capsules. This does not work !!!!!
