    If you buy the correct garcinia cambogia, you will have positive results, I have been using this product for 7 months and so far lost 42 pounds but my main goal was my health, I was taking 9 medications a day t treat high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes, right now I'm off diabetes medication, also off cholesterol medication andhave cut down on my blood pressure meds.     I did lose about 10 lbs since Nov, 2013 but have acquired this cough and they can find nothing that would cause it so am wondering if maybe it is this Garcinia Cambogia

    First, make sure it has 50% HCA and no fillers, binders, artificial ingredients (think veggie capsules). Dr. Oz claims you don't have to diet or exercise but I'm not sure if that would work. I started eatng less calories & I exercise 20 minutes/day, 3x per week. I did notice that the garcinia cambogia does supress my appetite and it actually helps me stay regular. It also has seroto ...     Upon seeing this on Dr. Oz I took GC for just over two months and no weight-loss occurred, I only wanted to lose 5-10 pounds but I lost nothing. I also decreased my food intake to where I was satisfied but not stuffed, which is how I would usually eat before.
