I've been taking GC extract for just about a month now. I've been eating a well balanced diet & exercising regularly. I'm losing 3-4lbs a week. That said, I have a lot to loose(80lbs +/-) & I honestly can't say what portion of the loss can be attributed to GC. Important to gage by fat loss %. Since I've been keeping track...bout a % a week. I've been alternating between tablets (pro-nutra brand, ultra concentrated garcinia 1500mg/50% HCA) and chews (HNS brand, 500mg/50% HCA)..the first day I tried product I felt the biggest difference. I have not experienced this yet, but my friend at work has. In 2 months he dropped 4 pants sizes and he hasn't changed his diet yet. He still eats fast food and other junk here and there, he has 2 jobs and hardly gets time at home to cook. He's never been extremely obese, but he has been a little overweight.
