I've been taking the Alcachofa viles alone for (1) week then added (1) pill of Demograss every day for now a month. With a healthy diet and working out at least 3 times a week I have lost 18 pounds. Great product. Just make sure you drink lots of water. If you are allergic to ragweed which I am, you may break into a small rash. I started taking the artichoke tea for weightloss. It was hard to find but was able to buy if at an asian store in town. i have lost 5lbs in almost 2 weeks. I get very thirsty and takes away junk food cravings. I don't eat as much because i feel full faster.
