    Kept waking up middle of night for no reason. Was so awake mentally, couldn't go back to sleep. Sometimes, felt nervous inside, so would do 100 jumping jacks to try to tire myself out and go back to sleep, as I had to rise at 6 am for work. This went on for about a year.     This worked great for about 2 weeks taking it about 6 or more times and then twice I had a bad reaction to it that caused all of my other symptoms to come back all at once. Had to stop taking it as it made me deathly sick after one hour of taking it. Brand name is not listed. " Spring Valley" Valerian Root Sleep Support 100 capsules. Dietary supplement.
