I have arthritis in my hips and am stiff whenever I get out of the car or bed. In bed at night when I roll over on my hips I would moan in pain. I no longer have any pain or stiffness. Works wonderful..give it a try.

I have had knee problems for a while. The tendons would hurt for days after waking or any light exercise. After taking the shark cartilage for a week the pain is gone. I purchased the GNC brand.

More than 20 years ago my knees hurt so badly that I had to grab one of them with both hands at night so that I could turn over. I started taking 2 750mg capsules of shark cartilage, not believing it would help, but I was desperate enough to try it. The only time I have knee pain now is if I run out and don't take it for a week or so. After starting back on the regimen, the pain goes away in 2 or 3 days.

So far it's great. I've been taking it for about a month along with my other vitamins I.e calcium,d3, zinc, magnesium ,etc. I was diagnosed with mild arthritis in my joint for the shoulders and arm. No pain so far. Also my knee pain I can't recall when was the last pain I've had since I have started taking it.

I found after 4days of taking the pills, my swollen disk in my lower back went down and I was able to be mobile. My back hasn't swollen for over three years ever since. I love the shark pills. I switch on and off ever two months from shark to glucose. Give it a try.

Shark cartilage seems to relieve my knee joint inflammation. I will continue to take 750 mg twice a day.

It was a combo that included pycnogenol and cat's claw. I stumbled across it on a dusty sales rack. I had only two bottle of 30, and when they were finished, my symptons returned. I was told it wasn't being produced anymore. The organic foods store tracked down the manufacture's, but their price for their remaing supply was 3 times what I had paid.

I take 2 tabs in the morning and 1 tab in the evening for pain and to decrease inflamation due to lower back problems. I have 2 discs in my lower back that have ruptured and little fluid in the discs. Shark Cartilage reduces my pain and inflamation in my lower back.

I started shark cartlidge for muscle aches and excessive pain at night. My job requires me to stand for extended periods of time, and middle of night body aches would keep me from sleeping. Since taking this supplement, my body aches have diminished, my energy level is coming back, I have noticed an increase in appetite (but for healthier foods), sleeping sounder, and feeling rested upon awakening. I initially took shark in 1998 for a prolactinomy, pituary tumor, and I believe that it helped shrink the tumor. Upon results of emergency MRI, tumor was growing into my skull near main artery of my body. A few months later, surgeon mentioned that tumor had shrank, and he did not understand why. I did not tell him what I was taking. I am also trying to see if this supplement will help in lowering cholesterol, since I am allergic to all statin drugs. The longer I take it, the better I feel. When I get aches during the day, I take a capsule, and muscle aches goes away. I feel that the benefits outweigh money issue. I purchase my product from Vitamin World at the mall. Best price for the product. By the way, I also have rheumotoid arthritis, asthma, and diabetes. Read More Read Less
