    My brother started taking RRY 6 months ago, and his cholesterol dropped from 246 to 184. so I thought I'd try it. I'm having some problems with diarrhea from it, but I'm wondering if that's just the fat in my system being removed. so I went down to one 600 mg capsule.     Lowered cholesterol 12% after 1 year and maintained that level combined with Zetia.

    I was on lipitor and had bad muscle aches and tired constantly. Switched to Sylcan red yeast rice and symptoms went away. I recommend this to anyone to try
