I use it for high blood pressure. works better than Sotalol and i have no side effects with it. On Sotalol i had many and very serious side effects.

140lb female 100mg am w/meal 100mg pm w/meal. Pre coq10 165/93 after 135/76. Taking also rx benicar and beta blocker. I read that like so many things we don't do as we age we don't make enough coq10. As we age we produce less and less so we need more and more. My wife wants to try to reduce her bp scripts with dr.s ok so we are increasing to 120mg am an 120mg pm. while still on scripts. Yo ... Excellent for high blood pressure! When taking Cozzar/Losartan my BP was always around 145/95. I stopped and started using co q-10 (200mg) daily. my BP went down to 124/83. I don't have the side effects that I had with Prescription meds like my arm hurting, chest pain, elevated cholesterol, Arthritis, memory loss, etc. I don't take any prescription drugs anymore.
