I have PCOS. I spoke with my doctor and he gave me the go ahead to try this supplement. Most say it takes up to six months to see a difference, however I haven't had a period for nearly two years, but after only 1 month of use I got my period! I will continue to use this and look for even better results to help control my acne, and reduce cramps.

Have been taking Vitex for nearly 2 years now. Has helped regulate my periods slightly but also has helped with acne, moods prior to period and other symptoms such as bloating. Took a few months to get into my system and one time i stopped for a couple weeks and the acne started pretty much straight away. Hoping it will help with baby making in time too.

The difference in my mood is very significant. I have 40 day cycles with increasing depression and anxiety until the first day of menstration. I no longer feel like I am revving up. Chaste berry has calmed me and I feel more even keeled. As a side benefit it may also help with getting pregant. Something that has proven very difficult in the past. -- I recommend.Give it a try.

My OB diagnosed me with PCOS (based upon elevated testosterone levels, annovulation and irregular period cycles). For treatment she gave me Metformin. After dong research, I decided to pursue the natural approach. I altered my diet (no alcohol, caffeine, junk foods or refined/white sugars and flour) and began to take supplements: LifeTime prenatals (half dosage), Vitex, and an omega 3 supplement. After a 75 day cycle, I ovulated and got my period! The next cycle I ovulated on day 17 and that cycle was 29 days. I am in shock. I know that all these changes - Vitex, included - is making the difference. I have not conceived yet, but for the first time in a while I feel like it's possible. I would heartily recommend Vitex to anyone who is looking to regulate their periods and ovulate.Read More Read Less

I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now, but in order to even think about a pregnancy I had to get my periods regulated. I missed my period for 5 months at a time or even more so I started taking Chasteberry on June 2 and have started my period yesterday!!!
