This product is working u need to also use the Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar with it I've taken it 3 weeks lost 12 lbs so far I'm now starting to see some blotting and awful smelling gas I take this is the toxins being cleaned out give it time it does take 3-4 weeks to get in your system I use 2 tablespoon of the vinegar 2xa day I take it straight but can b mixed with warm water or tea good luck

I decided to give garcinia cambogia a try after seeing that it was the best weight loss product of 2017 (healthranks.org/garcinia-cambogia) and I am so glad that I did. I took garcinia for a few weeks and didn't see much improvement. Started to get a lil salty with garcinia, not gonna lie. Then, after some brief research, I saw that I needed to step up my exercise to help the garcinia do it's job. Immediately I started loosing fat! It really works, just gotta put in a little effort to exercise! Started just running 1 mile everyday. It's been 8 months now, I'm up to 5-7 miles a day, every other day. I've lost 18 pounds total. I lost a lot of hair while using this product. Have a border-line thyroid problem & this kicked it in and I lost lots of hair. IF you have a thyroid imbalance do NOT take this. It will psych your thyroid into thinking it's hypo and losing hair was one of my symptoms for a hypo thyroid.

I have found by taking Garcinia Cambodia Gold by NutriGold with my excercise on the treadmill I've loss 30lbs since Nov.27 2016. It has been an a good appetite suppressant which is good for me.I am also dieting by following some of the O.A. Diet plan. I am hoping to loose another 40lbs by spring. I started at 6'4" 300lbs. Now I'm down to 270lbs. So I would recommend Garcinia to use with a excercise program.

I take it every day 2X but, I don't know if it is helping or not.

I have been doing exactly to the letter what is suggested on the bottle, and have gained about 5 lbs in two weeks... um... isn't the opposite supposed to happen? I called to cancel, and oh my soul. What an ordeal. I have called twice now to say, please just cancel my subscription, and I have been told that they won't until I give it until the end of the month. I have been taken for 2 months started to loose weight and then 2 weeks ago I stopped. Dead stop! I have not changed anything eating well work out 5 days a week. Very disappointed with Dr. Oz.

This product does not work. The company is a scam. But the thing that bothers ,me the most is that I actually paid attention to that endorsement whore Dr. Oz. What a creep. When writing this review, it's frightening when you have to select the brand product used and you see a drop-down list of about 500 brands. What is this world coming to.

I tried Garcina Cambogia for 1 month and did start to lose weight the only issue I had with this was it greatly increased my sugars as I am diabetic. Within 1 week of not taking it my sugars returned to normal.

Sorry, but I thought this would help my family, MAYBE it would, but the company is such a rip off I could not be given a chance to find out. Watch what you do. YOu follow their guidelines and you get billed over $180 and you have nothing.

It gave me diarrhea and severe joint pain.
