William Blahd, MD

William Blahd, MD, is a board-certified emergency medicine specialist with over 35 years of experience seeing patients and teaching. He graduated from Tulane University, attended UCLA Medical School, and completed his residency training in emergency medicine at the University of Arizona.

Aside from practicing emergency medicine, for the last 8 years he has been involved in the health information industry, helping to assure the accuracy of published medical information.

Two of the most memorable patients from his career are Alfred Hitchcock and President George H.W. Bush.

He lives with his wife, Liz, in New York City, where he continues to practice emergency medicine.
