Amy Hendel, R.PAC, IDEA, is the current owner of One on One Fitness, a private gym, personal training, and nutrition center. She is also the coordinator and originator of Body Jam at David Park LA Tae Kwon Do in Encino, Calif.. She is licensed by the American Academy of Physician's Assistants in New York and California and certified by the International Association of Fitness Professionals in nutrition and personal training. Hendel graduated cum laude from Long Island University, where she also received her physician's assistant degree.
