Katie Cameron is an Atlanta-based writer and editor for WebMD. She holds a Master of Science in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University, where she specialized in capturing first-person patient and practitioner narratives during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from The College of Wooster.
Cameron previously worked as a medical writer at the National Institutes of Health. She has been a freelance writer and editor since 2017.
Cameron enjoys rock climbing, running road races around Atlanta, cooking very large meals in her very small kitchen. She also tries – not always successfully – to keep her two kittens out of trouble.
