Paul Turek, MD, FACS

Paul Turek, MD, FACS, is one of the world’s leading innovators in men’s reproductive health. Turek is founder and director of The Turek Clinics, located in Los Angeles and San Francisco, which provide state-of-the-art medical treatment to men worldwide. As a Yale- and Stanford-trained thought leader, Turek has been invited to provide critical guidance at the White House, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the CDC. A former professor and endowed chair at the University of California San Francisco, Turek has pioneered innovative techniques for treating male infertility, including testicular mapping (also known as “sperm mapping” or FNA Mapping) and has popularized the no-scalpel vasectomy. He donates his time to a free clinic for the working uninsured that he helped co-found and to several other nonprofits.
