Susan Steeves

Susan Steeves is WebMD's Dallas-Fort Worth staff reporter, writing about health and medical news throughout the metro area.

Susan came to WebMD as a seasoned journalist with more than 18 years' experience as a reporter and editor for magazines, newspapers, and wire services including United Press International. She also was a science writer for UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, covering topics including biochemistry, diabetes, and molecular cardiology. Her writing on research to kill malignant tumors by clotting their blood supply won her a prestigious national CASE award.

Susan has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Michigan State University and completed graduate work at Ohio State University.
