Vanesa Farmer, DVM, was born and raised in Decatur, GA. She obtained her avian biology degree from The University of Georgia and went on to receive her doctorate at Auburn University. She loves dermatology and soft tissue surgery as well as meeting and bonding with families in all areas of general practice.
Farmer is an ambassador for an organization called Women Who Explore, encouraging women to get outdoors. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Follow her on Instagram @dr.vanesafarmer.
