Cathy Lu is the editorial director of Yack.com, where she oversees the editorial content and direction of the site. She has also served as managing editor of Next Generation magazine, and education editor of MacHome Journal, where she wrote about education and technology and followed trends in the kids' software industry. She holds a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism in Evanston, Illinois.
