Christine Lehmann

Christine Lehmann is a Washington DC-based journalist specializing in health care trends, policy, mental health, and nutrition. In addition to writing enterprise stories for WebMD, she contributes regularly to national health news publications and magazines.  Her credits include The Washington Post’s Health Section, Wellness Section, Brain & Life magazine, and Neurology Today.

She was previously a staff writer for Psychiatric News in Washington DC, winning an award for her outstanding media coverage of children’s mental health issues from the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

She holds a master’s degree in public health journalism from the University of Minnesota where she taught magazine writing as a graduate student.  Christine is also a certified nutritional therapy practitioner and writes often about the intersection of nutrition and health.
