David C. Rosenker

David C. Rosenker, executive vice president of treatment services for the Caron Foundation, is responsible for the overall management of Caron's residential treatment services. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of chemical dependency, Rosenker has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in specific areas of adolescent and adult treatment, adolescent development, family education, student assistance, and youth tobacco cessation as well as other prevention and treatment models. During his tenure at Caron, he has designed and implemented numerous community and professional training programs and has refined customer service methods. Rosenker is a spokesman on the subject of adolescent substance abuse and addiction. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Alvernia College and has continuing education credits specializing in chemical dependency from the University of Minnesota. His areas of expertise include current trends in substance abuse with adolescents; intervention strategies for adolescents, adults, and their families; community mobilization tools and strategies; gender-specific treatment for adolescents and adults; the impact of addiction in the family and in school settings; and school-based addiction services.

Caron Foundation is a nationally recognized, nonprofit addiction, co-dependency, and chemical dependency treatment center providing services for adults and adolescents and their families.
