David O. Taylor, MD, is director of the Heart Failure Special Care Unit at The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. A board-certified staff cardiologist in The Cleveland Clinic's department of cardiovascular medicine, Taylor serves as the attending physician for heart failure and cardiac transplant patients. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and holds memberships in the American Heart Association, the American Society of Transplant Physicians, the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation, and the Heart Failure Society.
