I use this for horribly thick, scaly skin on my elbows, possibly hyperkeratosis. I take a bath, soak them, use a pumice stone to exfoliate if necessary (usually a plain ol loofah works fine) and apply the Carmol40 to my elbows after a bath. I do this at least 3x a week and it works perfectly. Something NO other lotion or ointment did.

this medication worked only if i wraped my hands and feet with a plastic bag. that made my feet and hands itch which made you scratch the dead skin off. the dead skin would be easy to come of if scratched off.
