I went from a pill that wouldn't give me a period to femcon fe. I have a period for a day, maybe a day and a half. Light bleeding, very dark like the end of a normal period. I am not sure if this is normal since most people are saying the periods are longer. I have bad headaches before my period ( which i had before).

Acne, weight gain, depression. That says it all.

I did not have bad acne before i started this and now my acne is so bad, make-up will not cover it up.

i'm not pregnant!

This pill shortened my periods from 9 days to 7, I started at the same time every month, which was convenient, however, my cramps were terrible, I had no sex drive for the first 2 months of treatment (not much better after the first 2, but a slight improvement) and after 4 months I developed ovarian cysts from the low dose of hormones.

Satisfied with the drug overall, but it's a bit expensive. There are much cheaper alternatives that work just as well.

I really like femcon, it has worked out really well for me! I have had less nausea, headaches & my period are shorter & lighter! If you do miss 1 pill you will start bleeding, so it reminds you very much if you forget to take them the right way.

I am spotting between periods, this only happens if I miss a pill, however, it is annoying. I am definitely moody, and I think I've gained weight which has made me depressed. I noticed problems with my contacts and an increase in headaches also. Not sure if I can attribute this to the pill or not. Not sure I want to stay on it though....

I am wondering if my sex drive is gone?? Also, my periods are very long and I spot way too much. I don't have energy to do anything. I feel exhausted too easily. My cramps are very painful.

I am trying to determine if this med has decreased my sexual drive.

i have been on Femcon for 5 months and have not seen any change in my abnormal bleeding.
